Connecting to your Stripe Account
Watch the video below to learn how to connect your Stripe account to Agecroft Capital.
This will allow you to receive payments from your borrowers. Once you connect your Stripe account the borrower will be able to connect a payment method to their loan with you from their dashboard.
After they have connected a payment method (Credit Card or ACH Account), payments will be automatically charged to their payment method and you will receive the payment in your Stripe account along with an email notification.
Create Wrap-around Mortgage
Watch the video below to learn how to set up a wrap-around mortgage using Agecroft Capital. This feature allows you to consolidate multiple loans into a single loan with your borrower.
Once you've set up the wrap-around mortgage, you can adjust loan terms, including interest rates and payment schedules, directly from your lender dashboard.

After the wrap-around mortgage is created, the borrower will receive an email invitation to set up their payment method (Credit Card or ACH Account) through their dashboard.
Payments will automatically be applied to the consolidated loan, and you will receive the payments in your Stripe account, along with email notifications for each transaction.
